1.How long does it take until I get my final product?
On an average it takes about 3-5 weeks until you receive the final product. We are trying to do our best to deliver the products as quick as possible. In some cases, e.g. due to fabric unavailability, the production process might take a little longer. In any case you’ll be informed about delays by email in time.
2.How much are the shipping costs inside of the EU?
The shipment cost is a flat fee of EUR 8.50, whether you
order 1 product or 50. Shipping is free at a minimum order value of EUR 100.

4. Can I actually see the current status of my shipment somewhere?
You can check the current status of your order in your personal client section on our website. We would kindly ask you to log into our website. Then go to menu "order status”. You will be informed about any changes in your orders status by an automatically generated Email.
5. What if the shipment takes longer than expected?
If you are waiting for your product which has already been put in the "already shipped" status and you do not receive it, please contact our customer service at
